Located 80 kilometers north of Kabul, the Panchir Valley is the last bastion of resistance against the Taliban since the fall of Kabul on August 15.

The resistance continues its fight
For its part, the anti-Taliban resistance does not admit defeat in the Panchir valley. Its leader, Ahmad Massoud, son of Commander Massoud, claims to maintain “strategic positions” in the area and to continue the fight.
