Conclusive session of the Interfaith Youth Convention on the European Green Deal

 

COMECE and its partners invite you to join the conclusive session of the Interfaith Youth Convention on the European Green Deal “Striking a Deal for our Common Home”, taking place on Thursday 25 November 2021 from 11:00 to 12:30 (CET), with the extraordinary participation of EU Commission’s Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans. The event will be held online and will gather young people representative of Bahá’í, Buddhist, Christian, Jewish and Muslim confessions to exchange on the European Green Deal.

 

The dialogue will be centred on five thematic areas related to sustainability and ecology, addressing the ideas and proposals formulated by young people  during the first Convention session on 1st October, 2021.

 

Young people between 18-35 years old are warmly invited to register and participate in the event. Other age groups are also welcomed to attend the event. Priority will be given to young participants.

 

The event is organized by the COMECE Youth Platform together with Bahá’í, Buddhist, Christian, Jewish and Muslim organisations and communities active at EU level.
