Mark Zuckerberg’s former employees are suing him, his wife Priscilla Chan and their worker for sexual harassment and discrimination. They also accuse Zuckerberg of failing to pay employees on time.

According to one plaintiff’s report, she was allegedly attacked by a colleague named Sean Smith, a Zuckerberg property manager, on a business trip to Hawaii in December 2017. It is not clear exactly how the attack took place, except for a police report filed by Christina alleging that she and Smith got into a heated argument over Smith’s children that night after drinking too much alcohol and she soon woke up and found a visible lump on the back of her head and thought that while she was unconscious they abused her.

She believes that Mark and his wife have not taken any action on the incident and does not approve of the fact that they tolerate such behavior. The case against the couple was filed on September 20, but it is only now understood.

Zuckerberg’s manager denied all allegations: “Unfortunately, these allegations are a collection of exaggerations and half-truths that unfairly slander several of our valued employees and bosses,” West Street spokesman Ben Labolt said in a statement.

“We believe these allegations were made by a small group of disgruntled former employees who are trying to defame the team after we rejected their demands for millions of dollars in payments after their separation.”
