Today we know that the unique mechanism that allows to restore diseased tissues and organs is embedded in us by nature itself. Duplicates of our organs are given to us as encoded information embedded in our DNA, which can be read and realized only under certain conditions. The healing potential is inherent in our body. As well as health, youth, longevity. It’s just that we’ve been looking for salvation all the time in antibiotics, supplements and vaccines. And it turns out that at birth we are equipped with special cells that constantly return us to normal – these are the stem cells, universal cells, from which under appropriate conditions can develop the cells of any organ, blood, skin, hair. etc. However, with age, stem cells in the body decrease, and the ability to be produced in large quantities is lost. In connection with this, various methods are being developed for the use of donor cells, aborted material, blood from the umbilical cord and placenta, bone marrow, adipose tissue. The cells are extracted, a concentrate is prepared from them, which is then injected. And while researchers are looking for an answer to the complex question of whether cell therapy will not be harmful, the number of cosmetic clinics that offer their clients healing and rejuvenation at fabulous prices is constantly growing. Sensational publications about the incredible results obtained by their use appear in the periodical press almost every day. The health of people who have received stem therapy is miraculously restored, their vision improves, their gray hair darkens, their potency increases. , their wrinkles disappear, their immunity and sleep improve, their ability to work, mood and vitality increase. All this naturally fuels the interest of the general public to this so impressive topic. And this is understandable – who would resist the temptation to solve their health problems once and for all, and only with the help of a short course of injections!

We must not forget that cell therapy still has significant drawbacks. The first is that it is a very expensive pleasure. Secondly, there is no guarantee that foreign stem cells will not be rejected by your body or that they will not cause cancer (instead of the expected regeneration into cells that will serve as a building material for your worn-out tissues and organs). . And third, medicine does not yet have data on what the consequences may be for patients treated with cell therapy, as it has only recently been applied. So that the risk of introducing stem cells into the body is entirely at the expense of the patient, the doctor is solely responsible for the quality of the manipulation.

And most importantly – the ethical side of the issue. Yes, umbilical cord blood and placenta are used to synthesize stem cells, and this is normal. But there are not so many. The main source for these miracle cells remains the aborted material. The Catholic Church is constantly raising the issue of using the cells obtained in this way, as it turns out that we are cynically killing a human embryo to prolong someone’s life, or even to rejuvenate an aging beauty or restore an alcoholic’s liver. Is it worth commenting that this is immoral! In the West, stem cell rejuvenation is considered at least a method with a controversial effect. US President George W. Bush called the therapy “ungodly.” Like most developed countries, the US administration refuses to fund such research. In some places they are absolutely forbidden.

Today, all stem medicine uses donor cells. And practically no one is studying the problem of how to activate in the human body the mechanism for increased production of stem cells. And this has its own explanation – patients are given expensive injections … without being responsible for the results of such manipulations. According to Andrey Levshinov, another approach to the problem of stem cell procurement is possible. Studying the experience of Eastern (mainly the works of Academician Bolotov) and Western medicine, he found that the activation of the process of stem cell production in the body is associated with some deficiency or inconvenience to man. In practice, deprivation and difficulty – holding your breath, difficult yoga exercises, stretching, starvation and abstinence from food – are a powerful stimulus for the production of young cells. The hypothesis that these are stem cells is still being tested. An indisputable proof that the deficiency stimulates the formation of stem cells is the research of Yuri Gushto. For more than 20 years he studied rejuvenating starvation and found that with the help of healing hunger we can create a bank with stem cells in each of us and thus continue our lives for another 15-20 years. A clear example is the experience of Paul Bragg – Until the end of his days, Bragg led a very active and dynamic life and died not from disease but from an accident – at the age of 95. Regardless of his advanced age, the condition of his internal organs according to the pathologist who performed the autopsy is excellent – no chronic diseases, no signs of aging! Bragg’s school of healing and rejuvenation confirms this phenomenon – any unusual, crisis situation (such as lack of food) shakes the whole body and forces it to include all its emergency reserves and in particular – to throw into the blood stem cells that are are a building material for tissues, tendons and internal organs.

Andrey Levshinov and his collaborators prove that exercise is an excellent tool for solving the problem of rejuvenation. They stimulate the formation of lactic acid, which accumulates in the muscles. Lactic acid acts as a wick for the secretion of dozens of anabolic hormones. It incinerates the muscle fibers, dissolves their sheath, ruthlessly tears them apart, and in response to this intervention, the spinal cord sheds billions of stem cells into the blood. Depending on the needs of the body, these cells can be transformed into skin, hair, internal organs. During heavy physical exertion associated with burning muscle fibers, these cells turn into muscles. When performing static yogic poses, the effect is similar, but as the load in many of the poses is directed to the internal organs, then the regeneration is most related to them.

Ancient yogis living in the forests of India and the Himalayas have found that life expectancy is not measured by age, but by the number of breaths. They believe that each person is assigned a certain number of breaths, therefore, breathing slowly and deeply, a person not only increases his vitality, but also his longevity. The mechanism of action of breathing exercises, or pranayama with exhalation retention, as they are called in yoga is simple. Translated, pranayama means (“prana” – energy, “yama” – law) movement of energy according to the Divine laws. When you hold your breath, acute oxygen starvation occurs. In order to survive, the body must supply the blood with hormones and stem cells. The result is that the hormonal background returns to normal and begins the regenerative recovery of the whole organism.

Another safe way to create a stem cell bank is to train your voice or its artistic and vocal staging. When long phrases are sung or enthusiastic speech is delivered, the endocrine and respiratory systems begin to work at increased speed. To express infectious emotions and speech images, it is necessary to constantly supply the blood with hormones. The depleted endocrine system requires new stem cells from the body to replenish its resources and receives them, and the excess of them finds the damaged tissues in the body and repairs them. At the same time, after prolonged inhalation of air during singing or giving a speech, the same situation of oxygen starvation is created as when we hold our breath. The result is that another portion of stem cells is poured into the blood and deals with our rejuvenation. Voice training has the following benefits – increases energy potential and improves energy circulation in the body.

As a summary of his research, Levshinov concludes: the more active, emotional and full a person’s life is, the more stable his health is and the longer he will stay young and active. In all likelihood, this is based on the process of intensive stem cell production in extreme conditions. This is a global law of the universe – what you have given will be returned to you, and twice as much – this is your profit from God, from the cosmic forces.

It is obvious that the rejuvenation and healing with human stem cells, which started ten years ago, already has amazing results. Stars and politicians are applying it after serious medical publications published information about the miracles that the new method is capable of. Scientists and doctors are euphoric when they discover that stem cells can reproduce any organ or tissue in the human body. Thus, cellular medicine has been declared a panacea capable of solving all human health problems. Stem cells are the building blocks of the human body. Embryonic stem cells have unlimited possibilities. They are taken from the embryo in the early stages of development and through them various organs can be restored. New ones can also be grown. Currently, large pharmaceutical companies are creating entire lines of stem cells for the treatment of individual diseases – cardiovascular, endocrinological, neurological and others. All this is kept a deep secret because whoever manages to “subdue and channel” the cells will accumulate enormous wealth and authority.

Umbilical cord stem cells are also extremely valuable. They are taken without any risk to the mother and baby because the placenta and umbilicus are generally discarded. These “special” cells at birth are terribly many. However, with age, they decrease about 100 times. And aging begins. In our country almost all AG hospitals take stem cells from the umbilical cord. The service is paid. Through it, people insure their babies for any future health problems. There are two private stem cell freezing banks in Bulgaria. A third in the Military Medical Academy is being prepared. There are also companies that send the cells for storage abroad. They have chosen to work with larger and more serious banks, although ours also have a license for this activity. Currently in our country cell transplantation is widely used in hematology for the treatment of blood cancers – leukemia, lymphoma and others. They are also used in severe anemia. When only a few cells are infused, new ones are formed, and the production is colossal. Umbilical cord cells are used mainly for the person for whom they are frozen, and less often for their loved ones. They are used to treat heart disease, including myocardial infarction. The other field in which work has been very active in recent years is neurology. There are also patients who have been cured of diabetes. The only problem is that stem cells are taken when the baby is born, and diseases can appear after 50 years. The good thing is that the cells can practically be stored forever at a temperature of 135 degrees below zero in liquid nitrogen. At present, the storage of umbilical cord stem cells has become a routine practice in Bulgaria as well. In our country, as well as in Europe, the leader in the field is Cryo-Save, which currently has more than 70,000 stored. More information at www.cryo-save.com.

And so, according to many scientists, stem cells are the future of medicine. For now, their infusion is an extra that only the rich can afford. However, the time is not far when cell medicine will become accessible to all. Things are moving very fast. Currently, the leading clinics are in Sweden, England, USA, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and the Czech Republic. Most pay attention to the healing properties of stem cells and apply them in severe diseases. It is believed that the treatment of serious diseases is justified, but to spend a lot of money just to rejuvenate – no. However, the “youth hunters” are also impatient. They place growing hopes on stem cells and look to the days ahead with optimism.
