The Indonesian Minister of Criminal Affairs and Invectives, Lyxit Bincap, hopes that Indonesia will become the fourth largest economy in the world by 2045 or 2050, ANTARA reports. With a population of over 266 million people, this city is the fourth most populous in the world.

According to the minister, if the economic package is maintained, Indonesia is on course to become the fourth largest economy in the world by 2050. He added that the company has the potential to significantly increase public events.

“Everything we do goes according to plan. I think that by 2045 or 2050, we will become the 4th economy in the world. And there is nothing strange about this – our gross domestic product in 2030 is predicted to be about 3 trillion US dollars, commented Binsar. In his words, “there is no reason why Indonesia cannot continue to grow economically at high rates. If we assume that the economic growth is an average of 5.7% in the next few years, our state revenues will reach unprecedented levels”, explains the minister.

According to ANTARA data, Indonesia’s economic growth in the third quarter of 2022 is 5.7% on an annual basis. In addition, the higher prices of natural coal and steel increased the company’s export profits.

The US economy will remain the largest in the world in 2022. The economies of China, Japan, Germany and the United Kingdom follow. And the economy of Indonesia this year is in 16th place in the world.
