Kadyrov: We trained theologians to go to the front in Ukraine

They have gone through training for safe handling of weapons, rendering of first aid

Chechen theologians, headed by the mufti of the Chechen Republic Salah-Haji Medzhiev, underwent a week-long military training at the Russian University of Special Forces and expressed their readiness to take part in the special military operation in Ukraine if necessary. Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov announced this on Telegram.

According to him, the theologians went through training for safe handling of weapons, received basic tactical-fire skills and first aid training.

“A total of over 300 qadis and imams of mosques from the Chechen Republic are planning to go through training at the Russian University of Special Forces. I wish them luck and express my sincere gratitude for their high patriotism and active civic position,” added Kadyrov.
