Kugwiritsa ntchito kukakamiza ndi kukakamiza kuli ponseponse pazamisala

Kugwiritsa ntchito njira zokakamiza (kulandidwa ufulu, kukakamizidwa mankhwala, kudzipatula, kudziletsa ndi mitundu ina) ndizofala kwambiri komanso zofala m'maganizo.   1. N’zosatheka kuti anthu ena, pankhani imeneyi, a psychiatrist (s), angasankhe za ufulu wokhala ndi moyo kapena ufulu woyenda, kapena kunena kuti “mankhwala” ankhanza akuwononga anthu! Funso lodzifunsa nokha: "Ndipo ngati ndinali ine?". Zikomo powulula izi kuphwanya Ufulu Wachibadwidwe!
