Eqinisweni, umoya wobuFarisi wokuzila ukudla nokuthandaza wawuhluke ngokuphelele kulowo wabafundi bakaJohane, ngesikhathi esifanayo abalahla kancane abaFarisi ( Math. 3 ). Izaba ezifanayo zabafundi bakaJohane ziqukethwe emfanekisweni wokugcina wewayini elidala elinambitheka kangcono (ivesi 39). Ngalokhu iNkosi ifuna ukusho ukuthi kuqondakala ngokuphelele Kuye ukuthi abantu, abajwayele iziyalezo ezithile zokuphila futhi sebezihlanganisele imibono yabo osekunesikhathi eside bezinzile, babambelele kuwo wonke amandla abo.
